About PSHE Personal Education
Personal education is all about wellbeing and identity. These quizzes help children and young people recognise emotions, build self-esteem and learn simple strategies to cope with worries and negative feelings. The aim is to develop resilience and a healthy sense of self across primary and secondary school years.
Topics range from friendships and online safety to equality and consent. If you’re starting out, try Cyber Bullying – Age 7–11. Older learners can explore boundaries and respect in Sexual Consent – Age 11–14, understand rights and responsibilities in The Equality Act 2010 – Age 14–16, and consider healthy connections in Different Kinds of Relationship – Age 11–14.
Each quiz has 10 questions with instant feedback, making them ideal for short, regular sessions on desktop, tablet or mobile. Replaying a quiz after a day or two strengthens recall and helps embed positive habits for learning and wellbeing.
