About PSHE Health Education
PSHE Health Education helps children learn how to care for their bodies and minds. Topics include hygiene, diet and exercise, staying safe, managing risks, and for older pupils, understanding relationships and sexual health. Our quizzes provide quick feedback so learners can test their knowledge and grow in confidence.
Explore practical safety with Road Safety – Age 7–11 and Stranger Danger – Age 5–7. Tackle healthy choices in Drugs – Age 7–11, and discover why rest matters in Sleep – Age 11–14. Each quiz is short, focused and easy to fit into lessons or home study.
Encourage children to read the explanations, discuss safe decisions and revisit quizzes regularly. Consistent practice builds healthy habits and supports lifelong wellbeing.
